What type of ministry do we do?
Our ministry is focused on using our God given talents to the glory of the Lord. We call this marketplace ministry. Marketplace ministry allows those whose hearts have been called to serve the Lord, to use their career talents in service of Christ and for the purpose of furthering the gospel. Marketplace ministry often includes doctors, nurses, teachers and business men and women who have decided to bring their gifts to a foreign land to minister to the people there.
What are we doing specifically?
Men’s Bible studies
In 2019 we launched the only Bible study in Sofia specifically geared towards reaching men in the workplace. This study meets weekly and currently is composed of both believers and non-believers. We have been blessed to see this study grow over the past year and have a goal of beginning several of these studies that meet in various locations throughout the city.
Home fellowship
Home fellowship is a monthly event where we invite the Bible study attenders and their families, as well as people that we are meeting in our community, for a time of biblical fellowship in our home. We use this a time for evangelism and during this time we prepare a meal for them and share the Love of Jesus Christ.
Partnership
We are actively working alongside the Baptist Union of Bulgaria to strategize on how we can minister to the Bulgarian men in the workforce not only in Sofia, but also in Bulgaria’s other major cities.
Conferences
In 2021 we will hold our first business conference in Bulgaria entitled Character Driven Leadership. This conference will be for the business professionals of Bulgaria, and our guest speakers will be believing business men from the United States who will share their knowledge and expertise in business while also showcasing their love for Christ.
